EUROMI Return Policy
We undertake to reimburse or exchange products that are apparently defective, damaged or do not comply with your order, if attributable to:

In this case, please submit the request in writing and return the product(s) to us. EUROMI SA will then proceed with the exchange or refund of the product(s) after verification. Items returned incomplete, damaged, worn (in the case of clothing distributed by EUROMI) or soiled by the customer will not be taken back.
Return costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the invoiced price on compulsory presentation of supporting documents.
Reimbursements for products in the cases referred to will be made as soon as possible. Reimbursement will be made by check sent to the name of the customer who placed the order and to the billing address or by credit card if payment was made by this means of payment.
For healthcare professionals, reimbursement is in the form of a credit note valid for other purchases.

Waiver of purchase – Right of withdrawal
An order is final once the good has been shipped, handed over to the carrier.
The consumer has the right to notify EUROMI that he/she renounces the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within fourteen calendar days from the day after the day of delivery of the goods.

Confirmation of your cancellation will be sent to you by return email.
If the buyer has validly exercised his right of withdrawal in writing within 14 calendar days, he will be refunded the amount of the value of the goods purchased.
Any waiver of purchase entails the buyer’s commitment to definitively and irrevocably renounce the use of the good.
The goods must be returned directly to EUROMI, at the expense of the buyer. Please note that the products must not be damaged or used and must always be in their original packaging.
The buyer will be reimbursed no later than thirty days from the date of receipt of the product returned to EUROMI. The buyer will be refunded the amount he paid into the bank account linked to the card used for payment.
Administrative and banking costs incurred will be deducted from the amount of the purchases.
