General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Ordering conditions
The consumer must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to order on the Website. For products exclusively reserved for professional use, the consumer declares that he has all of the necessary knowledge and authorisations to use these products.
2. Delivery
The purchase of an article becomes final on dispatch of the latter. For more information, please read article 8 on cancellation rights.
The invoicing country must correspond to the delivery address.
All deliveries are made via a private carrier that ensures each parcel’s traceability right up to delivery.
3. Availability
If a product is not available in the given time period, Euromi can offer the consumer a replacement item equivalent in quality and price. In the event that Euromi cannot supply an item equivalent in quality and price or if the consumer does not want this item, the consumer has the right to cancel the order.
4. Price and methods of payment
The applicable prices are those in force at the time the order is placed.
The prices displayed on the Website are in euros.
Price for items only reserved for the Benelux region include VAT. Prices for items available in Benelux as well as the rest of the world exclude VAT; VAT is then added depending on the order’s destination country.
Euromi offers online payment by credit card (for customers domiciled in Belgium) or by credit card via the secure online payment system PayPal. A secure PayPal account must be created prior to purchase, and can also be used on a number of major e-commerce websites.
5. Customs duties
Any order placed on the Website and delivered outside of the European Union is subject to potential customs duties levied when the parcel arrives at its destination. Consumers are responsible for and must pay these potential customs duties linked to the item’s delivery. Euromi is not responsible for verifying and informing customers of applicable customs duties and taxes. For more information on this subject, please consult your country’s relevant authority.
6. Refused orders
Euromi has the right to refuse any order placed online, without having to justify its decision. If Euromi decides not to fulfil an order placed online, the consumer will be immediately informed. Valid orders can only be placed via the Euromi e-commerce platform in one of the following languages: French, English, Dutch and Spanish.
7. Protection of personal data
All personal data required for processing an order are safeguarded by Euromi, and can be sent to Euromi’s partner companies in order to process an order. Euromi also reserves the right to have any personal data analysed which you send us.
Naturally, Euromi will process any personal data in strict confidentiality and your legitimate interests will be taken into account in accordance with the law. Euromi will never sell your personal data to a third party.
8. Cancellation
Consumers have the right to notify the seller of their wish to cancel their purchase, without any penalties and without having to justify their decision, until the dispatch date of the goods ordered. Euromi will bear any administrative costs linked to cancelled orders.
9. Reservation of title
After consumers have made their payment, the goods supplied remain Euromi’s property until they are dispatched and handed over to the carrier.
10. Applicable law and relevant jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to Belgian law and the Vienna convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. Any disputes relating to business relations between the consumer and Euromi are subject to Verviers court authority.
