The Step Peel kit is composed by 24 small bags (24 treatments) of “Step Peel 2” post-peeling cream.
The peeling is made of a TCA solution with concentration between 18 and 30% (mass/mass).
Indication
Skin rejuvenation, evolutive acne, dyschromies, fine wrinkles, “smokers’ skin”, scares, demarcation lines, corrections of other AHA peelings complications, post surgeries (blepharoplasty, lifting, etc.).

Using protocol
It is suggested to start with a 18% TCA
Take 2cc (face and neck) or 4cc (“complete peeling”) of TCA and transfer it into a cermaric or glass cup
1. Uniformly apply the TCA with a cotton bud, more or less deeply according to the result to be obtained. Penetrate up to 1cm in the hairs and treat at a few mm from the eyelashes. Do not forget the lobule of your ear and insist on the parts with wrinkles and pigmentary blotches.
2. Don't hesitate to change of cotton bud.
3. Let it frost.
4. If no frosting appears, then let it dry and make a second application.
5. Wait for stabilization of the bleaching.
6. Use the Step Peel 2 cream (only when the patient says that the post-frosting burning sensation starts to decrease) in a sufficient quantity (2gr for the face, 3gr for face+neck), so that the patient can keep it during 24 hours.
7. Mass vigorously till penetration of the cream
END OF THE PEELING
8. Keep the cream till the next day (morning) and avoid to smoke or any smoky atmosphere.
9. Use the specific moisturizing cream KO CREAM every day, from the 2nd day on and during at least one week. This cream contains no alcohol, nor acetone, nor aldehyde.
10. Avoid exposure to sun or only with an adapted sun protection: Gly Ko Block 50
