In order to provide the practitioner the most precise and effective tool, and to ensure a less painful treatment to the patient, Euromi has developed the equipments Dermatic1 and Dermatic2, two high technology guns for mesotherapy.
Principle
The Dermatic principle consists in using compressed air that provides a high-speed of injection. This will ensure a much less painful treatment for the patient and a very high precision for the practitioner.
Less Painful
 The use of very thin needles (27G or 30G) and the very high speed injection into the epidermis (given by the compressed air) ensure a much less painful treatment for the patient.
Parametrable
The Dermatic allows defining the following parameters: speed of the burst (from 0 to 350 shots/min.), injection depth (from 1 to 12mm) and the quantity to inject. The gun can be used in manual or in automatic mode. Precision and reproducibility are ensured.
Lag Clamping System
The Dermatic guarantees absolutely no loss of liquid during your work. The tubing (between the syringe and the needle) that provides mesotherapy liquid remains clamped (blocked) when the needle is out of the skin.
The lag clamping system allows the gun to only provide the predefined quantity of liquid only when the needle is inside the skin (and not when the needle starts its way to the skin). The tubing is blocked until the needle is effectively inside the skin.
Every kind of syringes
The Dermatic can be used with every kind of syringes. The gun has an inset on its top to place a specific adapter that makes possible the use of any kind of syringe: 1ml – 2ml – 10ml.
